Foundations of Trauma Recovery: Unleash Your Healing Power” is a course for self-care and healing. Elizabeth Kipp brings her experience in stress management, trauma, and addiction recovery, yoga, and neuroscience as they relate to trauma recovery and healing. Sessions will be rich in information and include exercises, tools, and activities.  Students will learn:
  •  What trauma is, our current understanding of how it affects us, and what it means to be “trauma-informed.” 
  • What individual trauma, collective trauma, and historical trauma are and how they affect you. 
  • Ways to release the imprints of intergenerational trauma. 
  • Basic trauma-informed yogic techniques to enhance their recovery.
  • Proven methods to re-establish ease and peace in the mind-body-spirit as part of post-traumatic growth
